How many people can stay in your houses?
The upper limit is 15 people (including infants), it is regulation. There is no lower limit but there are 7 rooms with bathroom, so we generally welcome between 7 and 15 travelers.
What is included in the price of the house?
The total privatization of the house (see below and in the detailed description) and its garden of course. All activities on site, including paddle tennis (rackets and balls provided), high speed wifi and a Netflix account.
Bed linen and towels in the bathrooms provided. As well as a little extra soap. Beds will be made upon arrival. And cleaning is included.
And as our goal is to simplify your life, we also think about the household essentials that we always forget: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sponge, dish towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, 3 dishwasher and washing machine tablets, 15 coffee pods, a bag of coal and wood.
Can we party in the hellofriends houses?
Party with DJ and smoke machine no, have fun of course 😊. Friendliness is our DNA but not at the expense of respecting the neighborhood.
More concretely, you do what you want inside if the doors and windows are closed. Game room, speaker, billiards... everything is thought to entertain between friends & families. Without exceeding the regulatory capacity of 15 people on the property.
Outside, we ask you to respect the neighborhood day and night, as you would at home. Good BBQ's, re-doing the world, bad faith petanque, splashing in the pool, everything is ok but we have to put in place 2 strict rules:
1) No outdoor speakers except your small portable/waterproof speaker (4W JBL Go type).
2) No use of the paddle tennis court after 10pm.
This is how everyone will have a pleasant stay.
What are the check-in & check-out times?
Check-in between 5pm and 9pm.
Check-out times vary from day to day: 11am Monday to Thursday, 10am Friday and Saturday, 5pm Sunday (so you can enjoy the weekend to the fullest),,.
Our priority is to offer each client an impeccable and welcoming home, hence these tight schedules between each group. However, if availability allows, we are flexible and can adapt these schedules.
What is the cancellation and modification policy? What is the deposit policy?
We offer a range of different rates to suit your needs: weekend, 7 nights, weekdays (see page "concept / rates").
To validate each reservation, a deposit of 30% is required. The rest is due one month before the beginning of the stay via a reminder e-mail.
A deposit of 1000€ is blocked on each reservation in order to cover possible breakage or damage to the house and its equipment. A check-in / check-out by a hellofriends steward allows for a quiet tour of the house.
Our modification and cancellation policies (see GTC) are quite strict as the house is very large and is not usually rented overnight.
If cancellation/modification one month before the stay, the 30% deposit is kept by Hello Friends.
If you cancel/modify less than 30 days before your stay, the full price of the stay is due.
What do you mean by "house designed for groups of friends & families"?
Our added value is our specialization and expertise focused on convivial moments for large groups. Especially with children.
Each house is thought out in the smallest details to adapt to your needs: all the necessary equipment such as an umbrella bed, a changing table, a high chair, a connected loudspeaker, a raclette machine, 2 fridges... but also to have clever arrangements such as a mega-secure swimming pool (electric curtain + regulatory barrier all around), the petanque court next to the BBQ, a fully equipped playroom on the first floor or even a beautiful entrance hall where you can easily store 15 coats and 30 shoes! :)
What activities/services do you offer on site?
We adapt our catalog of activities to each house and region. 2 axes complement each other:
- free of charge and in self-service, you have access to all the activities on the property: heated swimming pool, padel court, petanque, swing, trampoline, game room, console, Netflix...
- as an option and upon request, we offer à la carte activities through our privileged service providers such as yoga or sports classes, wine tasting at home. On the service side, we can pick up your drive at the supermarket, deliver prepared meals, bring in a gourmet chef or offer babysitters.
CanI add activities after the reservation?
Yes, it is possible and we will send you an online payment link. However, it is always better to book as far in advance as possible for availability and the best price.
Can I join you in your adventure?
Of course you can! All our permanent positions are filled to date. But we are looking for interns or alternates for 2023/2024. In particular in the fields of Digital Marketing, Real Estate/Interior Design/Site Management and Project Management.
